Product Description: HITECH Style 999 is a versatile sealing ring which is manufactured from flexible pure Graphite. The ring is available with the reinforcement of S.S. Wirenet or S.S. Sheet as per the given specification or clients application such as in MS HRH Systems. It can also be supplied with multi-layered metallic wire mesh especially for CRH NRV System. It can withstand high temperature & pressure and has excellent mechanical strength. The Self Sealing Ring is available in BHEL cross sectional profile, Angular TOA profile or Square/Rectangular profile.
Service Media & Applications: Extremely suitable for Valve Bonnets, MS HRH System of steam turbines, CRH NRV Systems involving Superheated & saturated steam, hydrocarbons, dyes & chemicals, non oxidizing liquids & gases etc. Technical Parameters: Temperature:-200oC to +650oC (in steam) Pressure: Upto 650 bar (for Metallic) pH Range: 0 to 14
