PPS compounded needle punched filter felt is one of our high-tech products, using the premium PPS fibers which are imported from Toray and Toyobo in Japan, mixing them proportionally according to different deniers, adopting the advanced echelon technical craft, forming the echelon filter access inside the filter material. The high-performance PPS compounded needle filter felt with the features of anti-acid and anti-alkali has the advantages of high filter accuracy, excellent permeability, and long durability. In the mean while, according to the various working conditions and customized requirements, our factory can accept different finishing treatments, like water and oil proof treatment, PTFE dipping treatment, PTFE coating and so on.
