Application Data

Cleaning	Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be cleaned to remove all traces of contaminants.
Mixing ratio (By volume)	4:2:1	Arko Hardener 929-73 Arko PU Thinner Stir Base and Hardener thoroughly, then combine Base and Hardener and power stir to a uniform consistency. Thining up to 10%
Number of coats	1-2 Coats
Air-Dry	Surface Dry: 40 min at 25^oC Hard Dry: 6 hours at 25^oC
Between coats	10 minutes at 20 C allowing flash off time of 10-15 minutes
GUN SET UP:	Conventional: 1.3mm 1.5mm
	HVLP: 1.3mm 1.4mm
Air Pressure	Conventional: 50-55 psi at the gun HVLP: 8 10 psi at the cap
