Our thermobonded polyester wadding has some unique features that include right weight/volume ratio for styling and designing, exceptional dimension and volume stability and fibre uniformity.

Polyester wadding is produced in rolls of density varying from 80g/m2 to 600g/m2 and up to 300cm wide. Our polyester wadding is made up of virgin hollow conjugated siliconised or solid non-siliconised polyester fibre mixed with low melt fibre and passed through an oven to acquire its thermobonding properties. We can also produce fire retardant polyester wadding in accordance with flammability test.
