Pipes & Pipe Fitting

We are offering our customers a wide range of Pipes & Pipe Fittings. Castings shall be as manufactured by Upadhaya Valves Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd., Howrah. They shall be of uniform quality, free from blowholes, porosity, hard spots, shrinkage distortion or other defects. They shall be smooth and well-cleaned by shotblasting or by some other approved method. Unless an alternate specification is made they shall be coated with asphalt paint which shall result in a smooth coating, tough and tenacious when cold, not tacky and brittle.

MATERIAL :
UPADHAYA Valves, Flanges, Fittings and Construction castings etc. are made from Gray Cast Iron or High tensile iron complying with ASTM - A 126.

DIMENSIONAL STANDARD FOR FLANGES ETC :Dimensional Standards for pressure and temperatures of Pipe Flanges, Fittings and Valves covered by ANSI Project B 16 (ANSI B 16.1, B 16.2 and B 16 b.1) respectively to the 125, 250 and 800 psi. Cast Iron flanges & Flanged Fittings.
