Our Factory is the earliest domestic unit to produce heat-protecting type pipe in China, has special take up with the development of thermal pipe network energy-saving products.

In 1985, we worked together with the SIONPEC QILU COMPANY LTD. Joint developed weld type heat-protecting pipe carrier, in 1990, we aiding a scientific research station in Tianjin developed full wrap type heat-protecting pipe carrier. By reason of adding heat-protecting, decrease friction factor facility on the common pipe carrier, by the hot simulation test mensurated, the heat-protecting pipe carrier can reduce loss of heat to 70% or more on the pipe carrier region, while the thrust force is merely one-third of common pipe carrier, the effectiveness of energy-saving is very obvious. As a result, the design difficulty of some heat transfer pipe network which require harsh heat drop was reduced, the civil work invest was also reduced. Hence, heat-protecting type pipe carrier has received good reputation by the user and has been extensive used in the thermal pipe network.
