Pipe Mill - 20m/min, Capacity 50mm X 3mm | Continuous Strip Metal Forming With Center Binding & Edge Binding Features

We offer a wide range of pipe mill to our valuable customers. Forming Mill consists of vertical and horizontal stands & used for continuous forming of strip metal into tubular shapes. In order to minimize the amount of plastic deformation of the plates (i.e. prevent undulation from appearing at the edge of the plates) the forming method used is center binding & edge binding any Of which may be used independently or in combination the forming section of the mill consist of an entrance guide, breakdown stands, fin pass section & side roll & cluster roll. The strip is formed into a through shape at the breakdown stand & this shape is held by the side -rolls. This through shape is passed on the fin pass section where the top portion of both sides is pressed together into a tubular configuration. Forming of both edges of the strip is done to assure accurate alignment of the edges at the tube seam.
