Our organization engaged in manufacturing high quality Pinion Gear Box specially suitable for hot steel rolling mills. Input shaft is of right quality forged alloy steel (EN-24) ultrasonically tested. Gear wheel is also made out of forged alloy steel (EN-19) ultrasonically tested. Gear teeth generated on hobbling machines. Housing is fabricated dully stress relieved and properly machined with boring operation done on horizontal boring machines. We use SKF/FAG/NTN make bearings. Transparent window provided on top to observe oil splashing for teeth lubrication of gears. Air breather is also provided for purpose equalization, oil seals of very good quality are also provided at input & output ends of shafts to prevent leakages of oil, which is a normal phenomenon in gear boxes.
