Peanut Roasting Line

According to the processing method, it mainly contains automatic feeding system, high-roasting area, transferring area, cooling area and vibrating discharger, with a recycle conveyor moving, the raw peanuts will be fed in, the hot radiation will be function evenly, so the continuous roasters can be also called conveyor roasters. Continuous roasters vary considerably in type. Continuous roasting reduces labor, ensures a steady flow of peanuts for other processes (packaging, candy production, peanut butter production, etc. ), and decreases spilt and leak. Hot air will pass around the individual kernels to promote an even & perfect roasting result
