Since more than 10 years our depaneling machines are developed and improved continuously, in order to guarantee unstressed separation of printed circuit boards. After extensive tests of the separation process a lot of automobile suppliers use exclusively the depaneling machines of the NTM series for the separation of their prescored panel boards. The machines CWVC-2L /CWVC-450/ CWVC-480 /CWVC-330 /CWVC-400 /CWVC-200 use an infinitely variable sectional cut to depanel prescored panel boards in a gentle and clean way by avoiding damage to SMD components placed directly at the edges of the boards.

Compared to other depaneling systems the new machines of the NSL series have the following advantages:

- Gap for insertion of the board can be adjusted easily by means of a knob in the front of the machine
- Integrated waste suction prepared
- Depaneling process without vibrations
- Easy-to-service design
- Pneumatically driven (FESTO)
- Operation and maintenance possible without precognition
