(1)The upper fixture is a square-shaped rack, which facilitates the replacement of fixture. It not only increases the speed but also reduces the occurrence of spoiling components.
(2)This machine is controlled by PLC and easy to operate and repair. The vibrating plate feeds automatically. The processes of clamping material, trimming pin, polarity test, veering, cutting pins and forming are finished at a time. If specially required, corresponding processes can be added.
(3)It adopts camtransmission mechanism, which features precise, stable and durable.
(4)Pin length: 2.5mm 5.0mm 7.5mm 10mm 15mm 20mm and so on.
(5)Adopts combined type mould, which is faster to replace. Every group of moulds is adjusted separately. Mould cutting tools are all made of Japanese materials.
(6)Luminous diode, aluminum electrolytic capacitor, plastic film capacitor, metalized capacitor, inductance and other pin type electronic components.
