Features:
(1)Scope of application: electrolytic capacitor, luminous diode (LED), colloid metal film capacitor, inductance quartz crystals and radial components.
(2)This machine is controlled by PLC and easy to operate and repair. The vibrating plate feeds automatically. The processes of clamping material, trimming pin, polarity test, veering, cutting pins and forming are finished at a time. If specially required, corresponding processes can be added.
(3)Forming shape: straight line, incurvature, excurvature, 90 degrees, front and rear curvature, two-way curvature, long and short pin, and other shapes all can specially customized.
(4)Adopts combined type mould, which is faster to replace. Every group of moulds is adjusted separately. Mould cutting tools are all made of Japanese materials.
(5)Adopts elastic material clip, which avoids spoiling materials. Dispense with adjusting material clip if materials are of similar size.
(6)The mould and cutter tool are all made of Japanese SKD-11 steel, which features good durability.
