PB BUFFER SOLUTION
PB BUFFER SOLUTION is a speciality chemical which acts as an acid buffer and dispersant for dyeing of polyester and its blends with cellulosics. Also, it can be used as a neutralising agent.

Properties
- Maintains a constant pH during the dyeing process.
- Reproducible dyeings even with pH sensitive and metal sensitive dyes.
- Addition of acids, acid salts or special dispersants is not necessary.
- Practically insignificant foam formation.
- Easy to handle.
- No obnoxious smell.
APPLICATIONS
- For exhaust dyeing of polyester and polyester / cellulosic blends set the dyebath at 60o C with 1.2 ml PB BUFFER SOLUTION at pH 4.5 - 5.5. Run for 5 - 10 minutes, add dyestuff dispersion, run for 5 - 10 minutes further and continue dyeing as per usual method.
