Pay Load Module

We are providing our customers a wide range of Pay Load Modules. Dump Trucks presently used in mines do not have any on-board load monitoring system. Since, there is no way of knowing whether the truck is fully or not. Invariably it is operated outside its permissible range leading to premature failure of tyres and truck components.

Payload meter has been designed by R&D, EPOCH to provide a cost effective, simple dash mounted indicator to display ON a LINE data. Additionally, recording of productivity data, Deck lamp indication to shovel operator and Self a Diagnostics is provided to drive maximum benefits to customer.
The EPOCH PAYLOAD MONITORING SYSTEM (PLMS) is used to measure,
monitor and store the loading and unloading process of dumber trucks.
System receives analog inputs (4 to 20 mA) from Pressure sensors for load. It
accepts 3 potential free inputs and gives 3 relay outputs.
PLMS prints out the summary of trips through RS 232 serial communications.
MENU and TARE selection are possible through password. Upper part of the LCD display shows the material weight on the dumber. Lower part of the LCD display shows various readings according to the user selection like current date and time, number of trips, cumulative weight and number of overload trips.
