I. General
The aluminum powder bonding agent provides the powder manufacturers with longer mixing time and no agglomeration during dry mixing to produce the powder competing with the bonded aluminum powder. It can not only reduce the possibility of gun blocking during spray coating but also produce the powder with imitation plating effect. Additionally, it can greatly prevent the powder agglomerating due to high air temperature during production.

III. Application and performance
1. Be applicable to thermoset powder coating. It is directly added to the sheet stock during powder grinding to improve the crushing effect and production efficiency without any influence on other performances.
2. Prolong mixing time and improve the luster of electro silvering when producing silver powder.
3. With the addition of this product, the finished powder can compete with the bonded powder during coating to enable that the silver powder and base powder can combine well so as to give the most beautiful appearance.
4. Improve the coat compactness and keep good separation between powder particles.
