Paddy De Husking Machine

The main function of the Paddy De Husking Machine is to remove the husk (shell) from the paddy. In the Paddy Dehusking Mahine two rubber rollers are rotated different speeds in opposite direction, when the paddy passes in between two rubber rollers the husk to be removed by the friction from the paddy without damaging the brown rice, Paddy Dehusking runs with the help of pneumatic mechanism because of this idle running is avoided, When the paddy is not flown in to De-Husking chamber, both the rollers get disengaged, Because of its advanced mechanism, a high speed blower is attaches for cooling the rubber.
