Product Overview
Key Features
Owing to our rich knowledge as well as
professional workforce, we have achieved a noted position as a reliable exporter and supplier of Nucleating Agent Masterbatch.
It is used to modify the properties of various polymers. Incorporation
of nucleating agents results in improved mechanical properties and
clarity of the PP products. We procure this masterbatch with the help of
our agents from the trusted vendors. Clients can avail this Nucleating Agent Masterbatch in different colors and specifications. Features:Increased heat distortion temperatureVibrant colors Decreased haze value of finished product Nucleating Agent Masterbatch: Semicrystalline structures called spherulites are formed at nucleation sites during the polypropylene cooling phase by the crystallization of individual chains. These spherulites have a broad size distribution affecting the mechanical and optical properties of the polymer. Nucleating agents when added provide numerous nucleating sites during cooling of the polymer melt so that smaller spherulites are formed on an average with a narrower size distribution. The degree of supercooling (difference between melting and crystallization initiation temperature) is also reduced by increasing the onset-of-crystallization temperature. Incorporation of nucleating agents results in improved mechanical properties and clarity of the PP products and hence they are interchangeably called Clarifiers. The improved chemical resistance, gas barrier and price levels of PP resulting from this promote a range of possible applications. What we offer: A range of nucleating agent masterbatches including the highly efficient organic phosphate class of agents.Masterbatches are available in both, standard and custom-made, forms to best meet your requirements. Carrier resins: PP Properties Modified: Improved mechanical properties of the material including flexural modulus, strength and hardness.Improved optical properties including clarity and transmittance, and decreased haze value of finished product.Increased heat distortion temperature and lowered degree of supercooling resulting in shortened cycle times and higher throughput. Processing: Blown Film, Cast Film, Sheet extrusion, Calendering Markets Served: Flexible and Rigid Packaging (Thinwall, Protective Packaging etc.)Consumer ProductsMedical Devices","
