We sort, process, grade and pack freshly harvested produce from the Upper Himalayan region of North East India thus retaining the natural freshness, aroma and all the goodness of the product.

We have our processing units at Kohima, Nagaland, Guwahati, Assam & Shillong, Meghalaya..

Smoke & Oven Dried Bhoot Jolokia or King Chilli is processed & packed in Kohima. We process a large number of spices like Large Cardamom, Cinnamon Sticks, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Sichuan Pepper, Buckwheat, Bird Eye Chilli, finest Turmeric like Lakadong, Aeing , Manipuri & Arunachali at our processings units in Guwahati & Shillong.

Some of our fast moving produces like Cumin, Coriander, Carrom, Fennel, Mustard seeds are processed at our unit in Mehsana, Unjha, Gujarat.

Rest of the produce comes from our processing unit in Kattapana, Idukki, Kerala from where we process, grade, pack and move spices like Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Kerala Cloves, Cinnamon & Star Anise.

Lastly, we pack and move some finest quality Mongra Saffron from a friend's organic saffron farmland in Pampore, Kashmir. We also do offer one fantastic fruit from Kashmir, which is red cherry, in sugar syrup & is delivered in sealed cans in private labels.
