Multi Misalignment Flexible Rope-less Couplings

This Multi Misalignment Flexible Rope-Less Couplings was designed with a purpose to achieve higher Multi-Misalignment Flexibility as
compared to Rope Couplings. The design comes with following advantages :
* Rope-less Coupling works on the principle of a CONSTANT FLEXIBILITYa by replacing Polyester Ropes with Link assembly working with spherical shaped CNC machined Vesconite Bushes.
* Spherical Bushes assembled precisely to the Links absorbs misalignment of the Top Roller in X-Y-Z directions unlike Rope Coupling which works on cylindrical pins limiting misalignment capability in X-Z directions.
* Torque transmission in Rope-less Coupling is through pins which are carried in spherical bushes. Regardless of magnitude of misalignment, flexibility of Rope-less Coupling remains constant in all operating conditions. Flexibility of the Rope Coupling keeps reducing as and when the polyester ropes elongate and thus restraints the free float of the Top Roller.
* By achieving a CONSTANT FLEXIBILITYa to keep the Top Roller free floating at all times and under all operating conditions, the escribed crushing rate is increased with compensating increase in hydraulic pressure. Crushing rate is increased by 10% due to Constant Flexibility, in cases where entire milling tandem works with Rope-less Coupling.
* Continuous Free Floating of Top Roller due to CONSTANT FLEXIBILITY of the Coupling and even distribution of hydraulic pressure improves the extraction performance of the Mill.
* Due to CONSTANT FLEXIBILITY of the Coupling facilitating even distribution of Hydraulic Pressure friction in Top Roller Bearings is virtually eliminated, thus achieving 5-15% saving in Power consumed.
* Easy to install & dismantle, fit and forget, no supervision required, reversing arrangement, are some of the other unique features.
