The offered MCC Panels also conform to IP 54 degree of protection. The array of MCC Panels is absolutely pre treated and then coated with powder to withstand 1000 hours of salt spray test.
Key features of our MCC Panels are:
Self-supporting, completely enclosed, floor mounted, vermin & dust proof enclosure manufactured using 14G/16G CRCA steel sheet enclosure with cross joined foam gaskets on doors.
- NBH MCC Panels, LT Panels / PCC Panels are Fully Compartmentalized in design
- Provisions for future extensions.
- Permanent identification labels shall be provided in MCC Panels, PCC Panels / LT Panels and in MCC Panels as per site application demand for each compartment.
- Electrolytic Grade tested Bus Bars - Copper or Aluminium as desired
- Proper Earthing provided at the bottom of the panels throughout the entire length
- Electrical Panels have Removable Gland plates
- Permanent computerized identification labels / Ferrules provided.
- Degree of Protection IP 54
- Short circuit breaking Capacity of 50KA for 1 second.
- MCC Panels, PCC Panels, LT Panels multiple incomers, DG Incomers, bus couplers with proper interlocking,
- Required protection, fault indications, interlocking is provided.
- NBH offers Intelligent and flexible user friendly designs in MCC Panels like Top, Middle, Bottom Horizontal bus bar chamber, NBH PCC panel are designed as per customer requirement with Aluminium/copper bus bars. Cable entry design in LT Panels as per client specification or site demand.
- NBH MCC Panels have facilities like DG Incomer with AMF Functions, Required feeders shall be operated on DG Incomers as per interlocking with cut off features.
- NBH MCC Panels have provision to connect bus duct at main incomer side.
