Working Principle
Circular Vibrating Screens functions upon indirect excitation of the screen mesh meaning that the power of the motor doesna t directly transfer to the exciter. The entire screen frame is driven by unbalance masses called the exciter block, which produces a circular vibrating motion. It used eccentric block (YK type or YA type) to produce strong exciting force, due to the unbalanced centrifugal force, the inertia of the weights on the exciter caused the screen box to vibrate. Different amplitude of swing can be obtained by changing the exciter eccentric weight
