Milk Liquid Packing Machine

Our milk liquid packing machines are available in various sizes and specifications. This machine suitable for packing all liquids from 100ml. to 1Ltr. The machine has got a gravimetric type of piston type filter. All contact parts are of stainless steel. The machine operates on pneumatic system and needs an air compressor of 5H.P. The paper is pulled down by rubber rollers. The milk liquid packing machine has got a liquid tank of about 40Ltrs. This is to be connected to your main tank. This can handle all types of heat sealable films, such as L.L, D.P.E, 5 Layer Films, Polyester/Poly etc.

In case of virgin films the cutting is done by hot wire and in case of lamination, the cutting is done by knife.
SPEED: About 30 pouches/minute for 1 Ltr.
A double head machine can give a speed of 60 pouches/minute.
