Why us:

MAXPALLET manufacture Metal Pallets with new technology using forming of MS Sheets. This makes light weight planks of 500 Gram each with weight carrying capacity of 1.5 Ton.

We can provide Metal Pallet less than cost of Wooden pallets. For example, a standard 1000mm x 1200mm x 150 mm Pallet for export purpose selling price as 1320/- per piece. This doesn't require Fumigation. Likewise same size pallet for storage purpose cost INR 2000/- per unit with a life of 15+ year. This makes it 70% cheaper on account of TCO.

Methodology:

Company has unique machine to form 75mm planks. Using APL Apollo MS Pipes of sizes 46x18X1.2MM , 20x20x1.2MM etc. we make frame to rest planks on the top. Testing is performed using Dial Gauge sets to ensure Dynamic & Static Load test.
