Key Features
The membrane technology is based on the most advanced non-cryogenic gas separation process. A membrane module consists of millions of hollow fibres, each about the size of a human hair, through which compressed air is passed. Relatively fast components of air - oxygen, carbon dioxide and moisture - diffuse through the semi-permeable membrane, leaving behind high purity nitrogen. The purity of nitrogen can be controlled by variation of the operating parameters. The process is continuous and practically noise-free.
