Medium frequency direct current inverter (MFDC) technology, electronic resistance welding machine with air-cooled clamp. In comparison with traditional spot welders, the POWER CLAMP (integrated power circuits within clamp) allows for higher spot-welding currents with reduced mains absorptions (the machine operates with 16A fuses), the use of longer and lighter cables for a better handiness and a wider action range, minimum magnetic fields around the cables. Particularly fit for body shops, it gives excellent results high stress steels HSS and on galvanised metal sheets. The digital, multifunction panel makes it simple to adjust spot-welding parameters automatically according to the chosen tool, the type of material and sheet thickness.
