OUR ACTIVITIES Boiling A AcA A A A Our In-House production process ensures boiling of Raw Cashew Nuts in steam based boiler. The proper steaming of Raw Cashew is the first step to ensure that cashew nuts will be white in color. Shelling A AcA A A A This is essential to ensure that cashew nuts are not broken and remain in original shape. Drying / Roasting A AcA A A A This is to remove moisture present in cashew kernels for peeling of white cashew kernels from the finest of raw nuts. Peeling A AcA A A A Involves peeling of Cashew husk from the then dried Natural Cashew Kernels. Grading A AcA A A A It involves selecting and grading finest quality of kernels as per exports standards. Re dryingA AcA A A A It is done to maintain moisture level. Cashews are packed in Food Grade Tins (11 Kgs Tins), 250gm, 500gm, 1000kg, 5000kg. SOURCING & DISTRIBUTION Ivory Nuts supplies are primarily originated from Zimbabwe, Mail, Ivory de Coast. Ivory Nuts raw cashews are primarily supplied to processing companies in India, with over 110,000MT moved in 2016 and 2017. Our processed cashew nuts (Ivory Nuts brand) are supplied to offline and online partners like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc. PROCESSING Ivory Nuts currently operate in Africa and India processing plants in India having a combined annual capacity of 25,000 MT A AcA A A A still a small percentage of our import volumes. These plants have created thousands of jobs, with many women employed in remote rural areas where opportunities are scarce.
