Manhole Safety Step

Step X is a uniquely designed manhole safety step (also known as foot rest) made from copolymer polypropylene and steel composite. It is a superior substitute for conventional mild steel / cast iron foot rest. It offers superior resistance to corrosive environments characteristic of sanitary sewers. In addition, the unique slip resistant design and bright colors provided added safety to the cleaning personnel.

StepX is suitable for sewerline manholes, overhead water tanks and service shafts of multistory building.

StepX is available in five different siezs / shapes.

Specifications :-

Polypropylene - 3 mm thick copolymer polypropylene conforming to ASTM D-4101/IS-10910
Steel - 10/12 mm diameter steel bar conforming to IS-786
Load Requirement - Easily exceeds 225 kg as per IS-5455
Surface Finish - 2 mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering.
