Our Lubrication Controller (UC-2A) is new type controller that designed for centralized lubrication systema s control for chain lubrication like conveyor belt and escalator etc.

Compact size controller offers complete control function:
a Compact size, can be installed in a small space. Two separate PCBA design makes it convenient and flexible for installing.
a COUNTER mode for LUBE and a free choice of TIMER and COUNTER for PAUSE to meet chain lubrication control requirement.
a Adjustable pitch ratio. User may adjust magnetic pumpa s action to adapt to different chain speeds.
a Lubricant level monitoring function and state signal output ensures the high reliability of lubrication control.
a Power down protection function enables UC-2A auto memories lubrication parameters when power down happens to the system, and continue carries out operation from the point of power-off. This function ensures the lubrication continuous and reliable
