UC-5N is designed with network control function based on controller UC-5. It supports international standard MODBUS protocol.

Function

* Use high-speed processor to collects two chains induced signals at the same time and control the two chains separately. Can carry out lube control task easily.

* Support international standard industry control protocol MODBUS, can realize network control with mainstream of control system.

* Two lube channels design. Can control two lube channels at the same time. It is very suitable for controlling complicated chain (projection) lubrication system.

* Can accept external signal control and outputs failure signals, it is easy to achieve interconnected control with the host PLC of the conveyor.

* Fine adjustment function can fine-tune projection time to meet the needs of installation.

* Programmable sensor Monitoring time suit different lubrication system requirements.

* Compressed air pressure and oil-level monitoring function ensures lubrication system reliable for long-term auto-lubricating.

* Power cut-off protection. Controller auto memories lubrication parameters when power cut-off happens to the system, and continues carry out operation from the point of power-off.
