* Double walled construction.
* Inner working chamber made of Stainless steel SS 304 grade (non corrosive non magnetic)
* Outer chamber made of Mild steel duly powder coated surface.
* The complete system shall be mounted on sturdy angle iron frame
* Temperature Range Ambient to - 80 Deg.C
* Temperature control accuracy +/- 1 Deg.C .
* Temperature is controlled by Microprocessor based Digital Temperature Indicator cum controller with pt 100 sensor.
* Refrigeration system consists of hermetically sealed compressor a Emersona make using CFC free gas, Condenser, Air cooled by a heavy duty motor driven fan and evaporator which brings down the temperature.
* All the joints of the system are specially treated to prevent refrigeration loss.
* The cooling of this system (copper tubing duly TIN plated) shall be evenly placed inside the inner chamber of the temperature bath.
* Stirrer cum Pump provided for agitation which ensure the uniformity of temperature throughout the Unit
