Our company is well recognized manufacturer, exporter and supplier of premium quality assortment of Lisha Wires in Vasai, Maharashtra, India. The Wires Conductivity is more than 101%. It is because of low resistance and silver present as impurity in the copper used by us.
The wire is fire retardant i.e. it catches fire at temp above 240A c and needs 29% oxygen to burn which is not available in the atmosphere hence it is self extinguishing.
The wire has Skin colorations, that is, color only on surface, and insulation is of white PVC compound. This ensures good insulation properties.
The wire is tested for long duration test not specified in IS, which ensures its long life up to 50 years if used within specified current ratings.
The wire is manufactured on computer-controlled automic Nokia Mayfiler machines, where OD (over all diameter) controller and 6KV spark tester is fitted on line and these tests are performed on 100% product.
The resistance of 1 sq mm wire as per IS Standards should be lower than 18.1 ohm/ km 20a C temperature. Lisha wiresa resistance of 1 sq mm is between 17.9-8.1 ohms/km, which is low, hence results in saving of power.
