Lacquering Line - Steel Aluminum 3m X 1.5m X 2m, Automated Process, Modular Design, High Throughput

Purpose of Machine is to in-feed, lacquering process, pre-drying and out-feed of the products in fully automatic mode. The product is PWB with components, fastened to holding support on the pallet. The Line consists of three connected modules. Each module is independent device with own power supply, control box and user interface.
The Unit provides delivering of the pallet with set of products to the lacquer bath, lacquering process and pre-drying. Flow direction is from RIGHT to LEFT. When the machine is ready, side cover is opened and one pallet goes to the lacquering zone. Cover is closed when the pallet is completely inside. Pallet is stopped by optical switch, and lacquering bath is lifted up with defined speed and on
the defined height. When lacquering cycle is finished, bath is lowered down. If needed, lacquering cycle is repeated once again. The pallet goes to next position for pre-drying. The machine allows next pallet to move in. When pre-drying cycle is completed, another side
cover is opened and the pallet goes to the next stage of the process.
