Full Automatic Beverage Filler Machine

Filler is purposed for automatic dosing and hermetic packing of creams and liquids into small plastic bottles. Current execution of Machine is specially purposed for food industry, for dosing of light drinkable yoghurts. The machine upper elements and covering are made of stainless steel grade AISI303/304 for easy and safe cleaning, and parts that are in direct contact with product - from AISI316.
The Machine is recommended for usage at small and average sized factories, where production volume is limited, and change of product assortment is often. Machine can also be used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Dosing unit is fast removable without tools for easy disassembly, cleaning and drying. Filler has following parameters and Units:
