Construction:

The main unit should be made from Double Wall construction, high insulated with superior quality of efficiency ceramic wool/bricks. The outer body should be epoxy painted in double color.

Control Panel:

The unit is complete with separate control panel with display of temperature MCB 4 pole, 3 Indicators RYB, Heating pilot lamp to show the working of heating and 3 Ampere meters for each phase to work on 3 Phase supply.

Display and Alarm facility:

Microprocessor based digital Temperature Indicator cum controller with Alarm facility at the set point of temperature.

Inner chamber Size:

The inner chamber size of the Incinerator should be 18x 18 x 18 (450 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm) with one removable shelf.

Chimney for Exhaust -

The chimney fitted with exhaust system is provided for emission of fumes. The 20 feet pipe having diameter of 6 is to be fitted to exhaust the air. The fitting should be done by the supplier with all the required joints, Bends, wire and extension.
