Labocon Muffle Furnace

Labocon LMF-1100 Series Muffle Furnace is ergonomically designed which provides efficient, reliable operation and enhanced chamber uniformity at high temperatures. They have been crafted for heavy duty operation. They provide minimum heat loss and optimized insulation. Chamber is heated by electric resistance heaters. The built-in fan system allows the abrasive gases come out of the furnace through a chimney. The furnace features a PID controller and a microprocessor which automatically cuts power to the heating elements and alerts if the control unit/ control card is overheated or if the furnace is heated above the maximum heating temperature.
LMF-1100 10A has a working temperature of 1075A C and capacity of 10.4 L. It requires 2800 W power with 220V / 50Hz power supply. It covers an extensive variety of applications including quality control, ashing, heat treatment, preheating, melting, metallurgical research, sample production and many more.
