Direction:
Place a metal ring at the bottom of pressure cooker and fill cooker with 1/2 liter of water, Keep it on hi-flame. When water start boiling then make the mixture of 200 gm Vardan Khaman mix by adding 2 tablespoon oil and 240 ml of water in a container, stir it gently. Pour the mixture in to baking tray greased with oil, Place the tray in cooker and close the lid without whistle/weight. Cook it for 15 minutes, Khaman is ready. Cut it in to pieces of your choice and fry with mustard seeds, green chili and garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut serve with curd & green chutney.
