WORKING PRINCIPLE : The heat dissipation from outer surface of the heater will be prevented by the box cover insulation. Hot air will be trapped between outer surface of the heater & box cover insulation. The box cover has insulation lining which further prevents heat loss from the box cover. This process reduces rate of heat radiation, resulting in swift development of temperature of the object to be heated. The temperature controller will have more "off" cycles at maintained set temperature, result is saving of electric power.
