Mixing Willow Machines

We manufacture and supply Mixing Willow Machines to our clients in Ludhiana Punjab India.

Specifications:
This machine is in 42" (1066mm) width. The machine is suitable for opening & mixing vegetable and synthetic fibres prior to carding garneting or processing where at rough blending or different fibres or colours are required.

OUTPUT: This depends on the width of the machine and the class of the material being processed. For example 50" (1270 mm) machine would process 200/300 Kg. per hour of loose wool shoddy etc. When hand fed machines feeding could be increased by 50% to 70%. Processed material is discharged at the rear of the machine.

FEED ROLLERS: Of all steel construction fitted with hardened steel casted lags and located in adjustable brackets. Top running in stationery Bearings to prevent long material wrapping round shaft necks Drive is by pulley chain and Sprockets.

3 WORKER and 4 STRIPER ROLLERS: Clothed with hardened steel casted lags running on bearings and located in full adjustable brackets. Drive is by fine pitch chain & sprockets providing a wide range of adjustments.

DOFFER OR DELIVER FAN: Located at the rear and is fitted with steel teeth and mounted in double row or Ball Roller Bearings.
SPEED OF SWIFT: 180/200 RPM.

SPEED OF DOFFER OR DELIVERY FAN: 450/480 RPM.

POWER REQUIRED: 10 H.P. for cylinder 960 RPM and 5 H.P. for Doff
