Three Phase 10 To 2000kva Distribution Transformer By Servokon Systems Limited

We manufacture, export and supply Industrial Distribution Transformer in Delhi, India. Servokon standard transformers are manufactured as per IEC 76 for temperature rise, insulation levels and dielectric test and requirements. The overload withstanding capacity of transformer is as per IEC 354. Tolerances applicable for no load loss, load loss, total losses, impedance voltage and voltage ratio are in accordance to IEC 76. Temperature rise limits are IEC 76. Tapping range standard transformers is + 5% to a 5% for high voltage winding variation.

Design and Development :

Designs are made for optimizations in terms of :

2. Capitalization for losses
3. Specific performance characteristics such as impedance, temperature rise, efficiency and noise level.

Development
1. Distribution of voltage stresses under impulses, lighting and switching surge condition.
2. The ability to withstand the thermal and dynamic effects of shorts circuit
3. Analysis of those areas where high electrical stresses can occur
4. Calculations for minimizing stray losses, hot spots, electrical gradients etc by electrical and magnetic field analysis.

Distribution transformers are with oil natural air-cooling wound with copper conductors. The transformers are supplied both with corrugated tank and presses steel radiators. Data given here under is for Servokon Standard Transformer and may vary marginally irrespective of losses and impedance.
