1. The maximum diameter of push elbow is 168mm. The minimum elbow diameter is 60mm.

3. Material of elbow:
Carbon steel seamless pipe material: 20G, A106B, A106C.
Alloy steel seamless pipe material: 355P12, 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, P22, P91, WB36, etc.
Longitudinal welded pipe material: Q235B, Q345B, X42, X52, X60, X65, X70, X80, etc.
4.Environmental conditions for elbow machine: ambient temperature 5-38 degrees, relative humidity a 82%, input voltage is three-phase four-wire 380V (-12%-- +15%), frequency is 50HzA 2%. The working hours can work continuously 24 hours a day, the air is non-corrosive, and the equipment must be operated in the workshop with sufficient space.

Cylinder
1. The manufacture of the oil cylinder complies with JB/T10205-2000 and JB/T15622-2005 standards.
2. The oil cylinder is made of 45# steel, the inner surface finish is Ra0.4, and the piston rod is made of 45# seamless pipe, the surface is chrome-plated, and the surface is polished after plating. There should be no straight lines or spiral lines, and the finish is Ra0.3.
3. All other parts of the cylinder are made of 45# forgings to ensure mechanical performance.
4. The main oil cylinder piston guide sleeve adopts copper sleeve, all seals adopt standard priority series, and the main oil seal adopts imported Austrian AGCO.
5. Before assembling the cylinder, inspect the finish, hardness, matching size and other items of the cylinder and piston rod, and inspect the quality of the forgings and seals. The parts used in the assembly of the cylinder meet the standards, and the pressure test is performed after the cylinder is assembled.

Host
1. The main engine is composed of underframe, cylinder support plate, movable push plate, front baffle and tug boat.
2. The machine body is mainly assembled by welding of Q235A middle plate, channel steel and round steel.
3. The push plate and the bottom frame adopt the structure of the upper pulley and the guide rail, and the operation is stable.
4. The front baffle and cylinder are equipped with hydraulic mandrel adjusting cylinders on duty.
