Fulgaddikar Incinerator - Mild Steel Design, 30kg/hr Capacity | Fully Automatic, Environmentally Friendly, Dual Temperature Control, Pyrolytic Combustion System, Efficient Flue Gas Management

All incinerators are rugged and sturdy consisting mild steel shell construction with adequate structural support.
Waste is first reduced to carbonaceous gases by a pyrolytic process with low oxygen support in the primary combustion chamber where the temperature will be 800A to 900A C.

In the secondary chamber where the temperature will be about 1000A to I 100A C, the carbonaceous gases are completely burnt down, cleaning them of particulate matter of acid vapours before they are vented out to the chimney after partically cooling in third chamber. The temperature attained in the two chambers, the turbulence created there in and the axtended gases provide complete thermal oxidation system.

Construction



Fulgaddikar Incinerators are fully automatic, oil fired, packaged and shop assembled before dispatch, up to 30kg/hr size. Two separate temperature controller modulate the flame between high and low fire or On-Off positions in both chambers. I. D. fan is provided to maintain a balanced draft in the furnaces. Negative draft allows the Incinerator to be loaded while working and lower the temperature of flue gases. A scrubber is provided to cool the gases in third chamber. A heat exchanger can be provided for recovering the heat from flue gases.
