Key Features
Primary Combustion chamber
The waste is charged in this chamber through the feeding door. The burning of waste is carried out in Micro burn Incineration process. The waste decomposes in to gases containing combustibles and carbonaceous material. The low gas velocities also help in minimize carryover of particulate matter. When the temperature attains 800 deg.celcius the waste have been efficiently burned out. Sterile ash is removed from the dashing door.
Secondary combustion Chamber
The gases from the primary combustion chamber volatiles and unburnt pass through the secondary combustion chamber. They are treated under turbulent condition and with an additional supply of combustion air, complete oxidation is ensured by maintaining temperature above 1050 deg.c and adequate residence time (minimum 1 second) provided.
