These Hydraulic Compression Testing Machines designed for carrying out compressive strength on cement concrete cubes, cylinders and likewise materials are generally manufactured in following capacities:
Loading capacity (in tones) : 50, 100, 150, 200.
Fitted with hydraulic gauge in Tenn. with least count: 1/4-t, 1/2-t, 1-t.
The sizes of the specimens that can be tested on the machines are Cubes of up to 10 cms. 15 cms. 20 cms.
Cylinders of up to 7.5x15cm. 15x30cm. 15x30cm.
Compression Test Frame: is of two pillars with cross heads (if not specified otherwise)
Test Platens: (Specimen supports) are of hardened and ground steel finished to the accuracies as specified in IS: 516/1959. The lower platen is marked for centering the specimen accurately. The spherical arrangement is fitted to one of the two platens for correctly positioning the specimen.
