Application:

High voltage automatic coil winding machine is suitable for all types of small and medium sized distribution transformer, instrument transformer, reactor coils and similar process coil winding.

It consists of winding main machine, automatic wire arrangement, layer insulation supply device, a two-axis tension wire decoiler, pneumatic system, PLC and servo control system, etc.



Main Features:

1. Winding with a continuous tension and the tension size is given in the control pane. The device winding back or stop still maintain tension to ensure that the coil tight. The electronic counter has automatic counting and power-off memory function.

2. The motor adopts frequency conversion speed control, which is controlled by the inverter, so the starting and braking probability can be made to adapt to the best state of winding. Frequency conversion speed regulation is wide, accurate and stable

3. The whole structure is welded by steel plate, and the stability is higher than other brands.

4. This machine adopts hardened cylindrical gear mechanical variable speed system, it enjoys low noise and high efficiency.

5. This machine has automatic wire cabling function. Adopting servo motor and PLC control system, high-definition touch-screen operation of the display and Human-computer interface. The use of imported ball screw transmission and linear guide to meet the accuracy of wiring. Set up a dedicated line to synchronize automatic lines with the winding.

6. The wiring device is equipped with tension function, the tension can be adjusted to meet different wire requirements. Another pneumatic clamping device is provided to meet the need of workpiece.

7. Cable pitch can be set conveniently according to different rules before winding. During the winding process, the possible errors can be adjusted manually to ensure that the coils are tight.
