APPLICATIONS:
High speed emulsifiers suitable for mixing, dispersing, homogenizing & shearing of viscous liquids and pastes used in chemical, pharmaceuticals, food, paint & ink industry.
These machines are mounted on tanks and are used for dispersing of paints, inks, coatings, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals etc. The unit is fitted with cow less disperser blades, which are highly effective for dispersing materials in short intervals. Rotor & stator dispensing heads can also be provided for tough to disperse materials. These mixers are highly effective when used as pre mixers prior to milling in media mills.
The unit consists of a centrally located shaft coupled to a flanges type motor mounted on a steel housing. The shaft is provided with a shear type cow less blade for quick & efficient processing of the material. Tie rods are provided for stability of the unit along with a mounting bracket to suspend the unit.
