Working Principle
The vibrating feeder works by utilising vibration and gravity to move the material. The vibration will provide the force but gravity will determine the direction in which the material travels. The source of the vibration is attached to the feeder to excite and make it move. The feeder is placed at an angle. The feeder is moved or vibrated in an upward and forward motion which moves the material forward and upward as well. Thus, the material is slightly ahead of its original position. Accumulation of this action will drive the material forward which is seen as if the material is jumping forward in a parabolic motion.
