The high purity graphite features high purity , high strength resistance to high temperature ,oxidation and thermal shock, compact structure ,electric conduction and heat conduction . It can be used for a long time at 2500 degree under a vacuum or non oxidation atmosphere.

It is mainly used in graphite anode and grid for transmitter valve, graphite boat , crucible and electrical heating element for the semiconductor technology ; graphite boat for metal vaporization ; casting mould for continuous casting ;graphite template for pressure sintering and graphite electrode for electric spark machining etc .

The graphite mould is used in continuous casting of copper, platinum, gold, silver, other non-
ferrous metals, steel, stainless steel, etc. It has good thermal conductivity, self-lubricating in
high temperature, wear resistance, good oxidation resistance and high mechanical strength.
The graphite mould can be divided into horizontal continuous casting mould or vertical cont inuous casting mold. By the cast materials it is divided into: 1. Brass continuous casting graphite mould 2. Red copper continuous casting graphite mould 3. Continuous casting graphite mould for jewelry of gold, silver, platinum, etc.4. Steel and stainless steel continuous casting graphite mould. By the shape of the cast product, it is divided into round bar mould, hollow tube mould, and shaped graphite mould. By the hole number, it is divided into single hole mould and multi-hole mould.
