S F ENGINEERING WORKS BASKET MILL The milling assembly comprises of a S.S.304 basket inside which are mounted milling discs and grinding media. The basket is immersed into the process tank containing the charge material. On starting the mill the bottom blade begins dispersing the charge and pumps it into the grinding chamber containing the media. Inside the chamber the material is subjected to high shearing and attrition forces created by the combined effect of the milling discs and grinding media. The material then exists from the bottom of the basket through a slotted screen assembly. This process of chamber and is uniformly processed.

General Features: Heavy duty top covers housing the electrical motor with sturdy base, column and bridge assembly. Balanced SS 304 Stainless steel shaft, impeller and milling chamber. Hydraulic operated life assembly complete with all pipe fittings, hoses valves, oil tank, pump and hose fittings driven by a electric motor. Jacketed SS 304 tank and milling chamber provided with inlet, outlet and drain fittings.
