High Frequency Screen - Vibrating Generator For Efficient Mineral Separation, 70% Riddling Efficiency, High Density Particle Processing

These High Frequency Screen is mainly consisted of vibration generator, pulp distributor, screen framework, stander, pendulum spring and screen mesh.
It has features of high efficiency, little amplitude and high riddling frequency. Different from common riddling equipment, with the high frequency it will not only break tension on the surface of pulp but speed vibrating of materials on screen mesh. This will speed the separation of large density minerals and increase the touch probability between materials below size of separation and screen mesh to make a sound condition of separation which will make materials below size of separation, especially materials of large density, do through screen mesh with pulp together.
Application of high frequency screen
Mainly used for dry- type and wet- type of riddling, grading and dehydrating in ore selection factory, coal selection, chemical industry, brick making, foods, pharmacy, soda making, fertilizer and paper making; for the fine grade during process of ore milling grade. Under condition of proper materials density and size of fed, and the discrepancy between needed size and feed size is below 30%, riddling efficiency will up to 70%. And this will heavily down burden of cycle and content of qualified particles in screen mesh so increase its capacity( commonly up by 5%- 10%). Serious control to size of materials under screen mesh removes the disadvantaged influence of over- rough particle to the grade of concentrate minerals;
