Brown Gum Cooking Pan

CONSISTING OF:  The Cooking Pan will have jacketed type vessel. Jacketed vessel will have stainless steel sheet from inside and mild steel plate from outside. The size of the vessel will be as per the capacity of the cooking pan. The main vessel of the stainless steel will be fabricated
from S.S. material while outer side will be fabricated from M.S. Plate.
There will be 40mm clear gap in between the M.S. & S.S. vessel. The vessel will have two shaft ends supporting arrangement. It will be rested on suitable cast iron housing, the whole unit will be mounted on M.S. stand. For tilting the main vessel, one special arrangement of worm and worm wheel will be provided. Necessary connections of steam inlet, and outlet, safety valve, air vent and pressure gauge will be provided. One S.S. stirrer will be provided. It will be directly coupled with suitable geared motor. The S.S. stirrer will have one S.S. shaft and suitable S.S. stirrer blades.
