Brown Gum Cooking Pan

CONSISTING OF:  

• The Cooking Pan will have jacketed type vessel.
• Jacketed vessel will have stainless steel sheet from inside and mild steel plate from outside.
• The size of the vessel will be as per the capacity of the cooking pan.
• The main vessel of the stainless steel will be fabricated
  from S.S. material while outer side will be fabricated from M.S. Plate.
  
• There will be 40mm clear gap in between the M.S. & S.S. vessel.
• The vessel will have two shaft ends supporting arrangement.
• It will be rested on suitable cast iron housing, the whole unit will be mounted on M.S. stand.
• For tilting the main vessel, one special arrangement of worm and worm wheel will be provided.
• Necessary connections of steam inlet, and outlet, safety valve, air vent and pressure gauge will be provided.
• One S.S. stirrer will be provided. It will be directly coupled with suitable geared motor.
• The S.S. stirrer will have one S.S. shaft and suitable S.S. stirrer blades.
